Secure Ordering

Your personal information is secure, period. When you're asked for any Billing information, look at the bottom of your browser window: depending on the version you're using, you'll see either a padlock icon which is CLOSED or a key which is all in ONE PIECE. That means that everything you type in and send to Home Health Tech is encrypted ("scrambled") before it leaves your computer; when your data arrives at our server, we decrypt ("unscramble") it and store it in a database which is secure.

Home Health Tech uses SSL Encrypted shopping cart provided by NetSuite. NetSuite is enrolled in Trustwave's Trusted Commerce program to validate compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) mandated by all the major credit card associations. Trustwave has checked and verified the company registration documents, the site's registered domain name, and the authorizing contact at the company all according to the strongest identity authentication standard today.

Payment Options

You may pay for your online order with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal.

Gift Certificates and Coupons can only be redeemed through the Home Health Tech checkout; PayPal Payments do not support Gift Certificates and Coupons at this time. Only one coupon/gift code per order.

Money orders, checks, cashier's checks and wired funds are also accepted for phone orders only. Call 888-220-7690 (Toll free in the U.S.) for more information. Make checks and money orders payable to Home Controls, Inc.

Sorry, no COD orders are accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically added to all orders shipped to any address within the State of California.

International Orders

Home Health Tech routinely ships products all over the world. Online orders less than $1,000 can be paid for by credit card, in U.S. currency, if issued by a U.S. bank or lending institution. All other orders must be paid for in advance with a money order, cashier's check, or wired funds. Cashiers' checks or money orders must be received prior to shipment and must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Wired funds must be received prior to shipment; call +1-858-693-8887 phone, +1-858-693-8892 fax, or send e-mail to service@homehealthtechstore.com to get instructions on wiring funds.

As with domestic U.S. orders, shipping charges are automatically calculated.

All duties, custom fees and any other fees are the responsibility of the customer.

International dealers are welcomed and are encouraged to contact us for dealer pricing.

Shipping Policy

Home Health Tech offers same-day shipping on in-stock products on most credit card orders received before 3 p.m. Pacific Time. Our huge inventory assures you the most-timely delivery possible!

Our standard shipping method for domestic orders is by ground service, provided by UPS or USPS. We also offer Second Day Air, Next Day, and Saturday shipping for an additional charge. Please specify when ordering.

Post Office Box addresses are only accepted for USPS shipments. For UPS shipment options, orders must be shipped to a physical street address.

Upon checking out on this site, shipping charges are automatically calculated.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard shipping method for domestic orders to the continental United States is by ground service with a 2 to 5 business day delivery time. Ground service charges are based on current common carrier freight charges with a $10.95 minimum rate.
  • For Second Day Air delivery in the continental United States, delivery time for in-stock items is typically 1 to 3 days. Second Day Air charges are based on current carrier freight charges.
  • Next Day delivery is available. Next Day charges are based on current common carrier freight charges. (UPS Saturday delivery limited to UPS service areas.)
  • Certain heavy or bulky products may incur extra dimensional weight charges that are not automatically calculated by the shipping calculator. If your order contains products that meet this criteria, Home Health Tech will contact you prior to shipping to get your approval for any additional shipping charges.

International Shipping

  • All international orders more than $1,000 U.S. must be paid by PayPal, or wire transfer. Contact Customer Service for wire transfer instructions.
  • Shipping cost includes insurance.
  • The total charge for your order covers the cost of the products and shipping only. You are responsible for all import and other charges your country may require, such as but not limited to taxes, tariffs, duties, etc.
  • Certain heavy or bulky products may incur extra dimensional weight charges that are not automatically calculated by the shipping calculator. If your order contains products that meet this criteria, Home Health Tech will contact you prior to shipping to get your approval for any additional shipping charges.

Return Policy

To return a product, simply call our Customer Service Department at 888-220-7690 (Toll free in the U.S.) to obtain the required RA (Return Authorization) number. This number must appear on the outside of the shipment you make to us or it will not be accepted at our receiving dock. We recommend you insure your package, as we cannot be responsible for refund or replacement should your package get lost in shipment.

Merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase with the appropriate RA number will receive a full product cost refund or credit, provided it is in perfect un-used condition in original undamaged and unmarked packaging, and is complete with all instructions and warranty card.

Defective products will be replaced or repaired according to the manufacturer's warranty policy. Call us at 888-220-7690 (Toll free in the U.S.) if you have any questions.

Shipping costs are not refundable, but Home Health Tech will pay the UPS ground freight to ship your exchanges or replacements of defective merchandise. Upgraded air shipping is available at customer expense.

Products not eligible for returns:

  • Books, Plans and Software are not returnable due to copyright laws.
  • Wire products are not returnable.
  • All sales on Surplus and Discontinued Products items are final, and are not returnable.

Privacy Policy

We will never share any of your personal information without your prior consent. The data we gather from the Billing and Ship-To information is filed and used only to help us enhance the features and content of our site. It is not used or shared in any other way.
